With more than 30 years of experience in human resources leadership, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy, she brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and aligning talent with organizational goals.

Throughout her career, Ms. Peck has held senior leadership roles across professional services sectors, where she led human resources operations, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives. Her work has focused on improving workforce performance, strengthening talent strategies, and implementing data-driven HR practices that support operational success.

She founded Talantage with a clear vision—to deliver strategic workforce solutions that help organizations enhance performance, achieve operational excellence, and create meaningful opportunities for talent.
